Features and Benefits
- Custom five piece cabinet doors are made from solid 3/4" hardwoods and are available in all the popular styles and in an almost unlimited number of finishes - Five piece solid hardwood doors are beautiful, durable, and functional.
- Dovetailed drawers made from 3/4" thick solid poplar are standard - Dovetail joinery is strong, beautiful and long-lasting,and poplar is a very stable wood
- Hardwood plywoods are used throughout, no particle board, MDF or melamine - Cabinet grade hardwood plywoods are durable, won't explode when wet, and result in little if any formaldehyde emissions
- Cabinet boxes are built using blind pocket hole joinery - Pocket hole joinery is straight, gap-free, and strong
- Drawers are constructed with 1/2" thick bottoms dadoed into the drawer box - Bottoms of even large, heavily loaded drawers, won't sag
- Cabinet boxes are constructed using 3/4" thick plywood, including the back - Strong, no-nailer strips or corner bracing results in clean lines inside the box
- We use low HAPS/VOC finishes - Results in substantially less harmful emissions to the atmosphere than standard, solvent-based finishing materials
- Green materials, such as bamboo are available for cabinets and counter tops - Bamboo is harvested every 5 years, is beautiful and very durable
- Blum BluMotion® dampened drawer slides are standard - For the smoothest operation with dampened closure, Blum® is the Cadillac of drawer slides
- Hettich® quick-release concealed door hinges are standard - For durability and ease of removal and adjustment, Hettich hinges are the right choice
- Fully finished box interiors are standard - We use the same finishes on the inside of your cabinets so they are both beautiful and easy to clean
