An on-site meeting is held to gain an understanding of the
customer's needs and to take the initial field measurements.
2. Preliminary Drawings and Price Estimate
A preliminary set of engineering drawings are drafted from the notes and
dimensions taken from the on-site meeting. A set of plans are either
e-mailed or faxed to the customer along with an estimate.
3. Final Drawings and Quotation
A final set of drawings and a firm quotation are generated after
receiving feedback from the customer. Stain
or other samples may be requested and delivered at this time.
4. Purchase Contract and Receipt of Deposit
Upon signing a formal purchase contract and paying a deposit (typically
50% of the cost of the job), materials will be ordered and work will proceed.
5. Fabrication
After materials are received, shop-drawings and cut-lists are
reviewed and fabrication begins.
6. Installation
Prior to installation, a time and date are scheduled with the
customer to make sure the site is properly prepared.
7. Payment of Balance
The balance is due once the cabinetry has been installed.
